1. Can we plan an engagement or bridal session?
The fact that you’ve asked this question tells me that we are going to work beautifully together! I strongly recommend planning an engagement session or bridal portraits. These sessions give you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and us a chance to get in a groove together well before the wedding day. 

Engagement shoots are the perfect excuse to enjoy being engaged without focusing on plans and details. Whether you choose an engagement session or bridal portraits (or both!) you’ll have stunning photos to print and show off at the wedding reception!

2. Will you bring a second photographer or assistant on our wedding day?
Wedding collections include a second shooter for the day of your wedding. Elopements and intimate weddings offer the option to add a second photographer.
Having a second photographer gives you twice the coverage and allows me to focus on the most important parts of your day. I’ve selected second photographers I trust who have years of experience, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage the timeline and smaller details so I can make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible!

3. What’s a first look and why should we include one in our timeline?
A First Look is a sweet way to set aside time for just the two of you before saying 'I do'. The first look gives you a chance to see each other after you’re wedding-ready and before the ceremony. We’ll whisk you away to an intimate corner of the venue - with gorgeous lighting, of course. You’ll walk up to your groom or bride who’s been waiting to turn around and finally face your soon-to-be husband or wife after all those months of anticipation! 

Not only does a first look make for a smoother timeline (and less pressure) because we can take those gorgeous bride and groom portraits during an often slower part of the day, but it also alleviates any pre-ceremony jitters either of you might be feeling. 

First looks have become a wedding day tradition for the beautiful images of an intimate, emotional face-to-face AND for the one-on-one time set aside to focus on each other before the celebration with friends and family takes off. 

4. How and when do we get our wedding photos?
The second most exciting day (after your wedding day, of course) is Wedding Gallery Delivery Day! You’ll receive your final wedding gallery 6 weeks after the wedding day in an online gallery with high-resolution images and a full print release to easily order prints, canvases, Thank You cards, etc. from one of my recommended photo labs or a printer of your choice. 

Share a link to the online gallery so friends and family can relive the day with you and find themselves - looking amazing - celebrating your big day.

5. Do you offer elopement or intimate wedding services?
Yes! In the off-season (November to March) OR on weekdays, I photograph elopements and intimate weddings with up to 2 hours of coverage. The busy season and weekends are reserved for weddings that will need at least 6 hours of coverage. You can personalize your wedding day coverage by adding extra time, rehearsal night coverage, an additional location, or a second photographer.

Just like the other wedding collections, you’ll receive high-resolution images in a beautiful online gallery that makes it easy to download, print, and share your elopement/intimate wedding day photos with family and friends.
